Orders / Returns

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. In addition to your confirmation, you can always review your complete order details by logging into your account page on cyklar.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer several payment options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay, in addition to your credit or debit card of choice.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our team makes every effort to fulfill orders within 24 hours or less, Monday - Friday. Due to the speed of our order processing, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been submitted for fulfillment. Please contact help@cyklar.com with any concerns.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be authorized by CYKLAR prior to return.

Upon receiving your return, our team will issue a refund to your original form of payment, less outbound and return shipping costs. If a returned product is open or used, the refund is at our discretion and may include a site credit to cyklar.com. Refunds will not be accepted after 30 days of shipment.

How do I make a return?

My package is lost. What should I do?

We recommend allowing up to 72 hours for your package to show up – even after it has been marked as delivered. Some shipping carriers mark packages as delivered prior to a physical delivery. If 72 hours have passed and your order is still missing, please contact help@cyklar.com.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If one of your CYKLAR products arrives damaged, our support team is here to help. Please provide a photo or two of the damaged product when contacting help@cyklar.com and our team will take it from there!


Shipping / Delivery

When will my order ship?

Our team makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours or less, Monday - Friday. However, holidays may add additional processing and shipping time. If you place an order before 11 AM PST, we will typically ship your order that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, ground shipping is on us with any purchase over $65!

Which shipping methods do you use?

For ground shipping, we use USPS for a transit time of 2-5 days within the continental US. If you’d like expedited shipping, we offer FedEx overnight or FedEx 2 day.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we use USPS to ship orders and we accept P.O. Box orders.


Formulas

Are your formulas vegan?

Yes, 100%. Our products do not contain animal-derived ingredients.

What are the ingredients in the Body Cream?

Are your products tested on animals?

Never! We are proud to be Leaping Bunny Certified, which means our products are certified cruelty-free during every step of product development.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Yes! Our products are dermatologist tested and don’t contain any harsh chemicals such as SL-sulfates and parabens.

Are your products scented?

Our products are lightly scented. You can find more information on these fragrances – plus our other ingredients! – using ClearForMe, available on the product detail pages under ingredients.

What if I have a reaction to a product?

CYKLAR products were formulated to be gentle enough for everyday use. If you are experiencing a reaction, it’s best to pause use of all products and check with your primary physician for guidance. If you have any concerns or product questions, feel free to contact help@cyklar.com

Are your products safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

While our products are tested and safe for normal use, we always recommend checking with your primary physician for guidance when pregnant or nursing. If you have concerns about a specific ingredient, you can review a complete list on each of our products’ details page.

What ingredients do you avoid?

We avoid formulating with animal-derived ingredients, SL-sulfates, parabens, phthalates and silicones.

How can I learn more about specific ingredients?

We are committed to honest transparency, which means we do our best to ensure that you have the ingredient information you need to make the right decisions for your body. To that end, we’ve partnered with ClearForMe to provide clarity for every ingredient used in our products.

Are your products sustainably and ethically sourced?

Our ingredients are all sourced ethically, and no ingredients we use are in danger of becoming extinct or gained via slavery/child labor.

Where are your formulas made?

Our products are formulated and produced in the US using globally sourced materials.

How long are CYKLAR products safe to use after opening?

12 months


Vessels / Packaging

How do I properly wash my vessel?

Simply cleanse your vessel with hot water, soap and a towel dry.

Is there BPA in your products?

We test our packaging to always make sure it’s BPA-free.

What are your shippers and exterior packaging made out of?

Our unit cartons are made of FSC certified 100% post-consumer board and our shippers are made of recyclable paper board.


Recycling

Can I recycle my vessel?

If for any reason you choose to part with your vessel, we carefully consider each component for maximum recyclability. When certain components are difficult to recycle based on size, we make sure to source PCR materials. How2Recycle instructions are provided on each product page.

Can I recycle the shipper/exterior packaging?

Yes! We encourage it.
